The staff were really good, always ready to assist, particularly Emilia and Marco, who provided me with helpful tips about the area. The charming decor and well-preserved Victorian features added to the hotel's character.
Noise from the street was occasionally bothersome.

Charming decor greeted me. The hotel's cozy atmosphere really stood out. I loved the spacious junior suite with its private bathroom and inviting sitting area. Breakfast was good, with fresh bread and delicious eggs daily. The central location made it easy to explore local attractions on foot. Although I faced a minor hiccup when my initial room wasn't ready, the staff quickly accommodated me with no fuss. My first room had a persistent bad smell that wasn't pleasant. Street noise at night was occasionally bothersome, reducing the otherwise restful place. I appreciated the attentive service from the staff, especially Emilia, who always had helpful tips. It was a nice stay mixed with sweet experiences and a few little drawbacks.

I almost thought about giving this hotel a good review, but my room was very small, and the bathroom window looked into a lobby! I also heard noise from other guests, which disrupted my stay. Honestly, with all the money i spent, i expected a complimentary upgrade or some sort of special treat to ease my pain, but no.

central location, spacious atrium, unique wooden floors
The bathroom resembled a cruise ship latrine, with minimal storage!!! The echoing noise in the hotel made it hard to find peace, especially with creaking floors everywhere!!!

Perfect spot for a quiet getaway
The whole place has a unique charm. We stayed in a room that gave the feeling of it had its own mini lobby with an internal courtyard view. Plus, the elegant palatial living room on the second floor was a lovely touch we never expected! It was hardly used, which gave us the chance to enjoy it ourselves.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but definitely worth it.
